2. Data We Collect
Identification data — If you sign in using "Sign in with Apple," we receive an anonymised identifier from Apple. You may use Apple's email relay service to hide your actual address.
Content data — Lists and items are stored locally on your device and, if sync is enabled, in your personal iCloud space via Apple's CloudKit service. This data does not pass through Jolly Home's servers.
Anonymous usage data — Aggregated, non-identifying data about feature usage may be collected to improve the service.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases

4. Data Sharing
Jolly Home does not sell or share your personal data for commercial purposes. Synced data is stored with Apple Inc. via iCloud, acting as a data processor under its own terms. No data is shared with advertisers.
5. International Transfers
Data stored in iCloud may be processed in countries outside the UK. Apple maintains appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) for such transfers.
6. Data Retention
Local data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App. iCloud data is retained according to your Apple account settings.
7. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact us at contact@jollyhome.org.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. iCloud synchronisation benefits from Apple's encryption.
9. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

This policy may be updated. The effective date at the top indicates the latest revision.
